GUIDELINES TO
ARITHMANCY CLASS
1. The prefect should give the list of absent students maximum 15 minutes before the class for the respective house starts. The students who are not present on the class outside from the given list will not be granted any pardon.
2. Arriving to class on time is advised. I will give 15 minutes to spare after the class has started in order for the students to fill the attendance. Further than that will result in your absence.
3. I will give inquiries for you to answer, and it will be noted in my post when you should answer them. Your answers will contribute to points of activeness. Sometimes, I might be in the mood to point someone out from the attendance as well. So, you'd better keep your guard up, students! ;)
4. Be respectful towards me or your other friends. I will not tolerate any disrespect or any bullying towards your classmates.
5. I will not give homework for individuals. Instead, I will give a task which will require all houses to work together in order to reach the final answer. The details will be elaborated separately from this guideline.
6. Now, enjoy the class! Arithmancy might be a class full of dizzying numbers, but do not fret! I guarantee you that it will be fun once you get to know Arithmancy and its wonders.
STORY
Choa Nightingale is a half-blood witch, born from a muggle father, bearing the name of Joseph Nightingale. Her mother, Halyn, came from a powerful pure-blood family which regards bloodlines as an important part of the wizarding world. Therefore, when Halyn chose Joseph to be her spouse, they stripped her status off from the family in order to not bring any shame because of her marrying a muggle.However, the Nightingales lived together in immense joy. A little family, not too grandiose, not too lacking. It was enough to make the only daughter, who was pampered and loved albeit sternly, grow up into an empathetic woman whose ideals are to deliver justice and fairness to the vile world.Choa studied in Hogwarts for seven years, bearing the bluish color of Ravenclaw on her cape. An overly ambitious woman when it came to her academic excellence, she brought great results to show to her parents. It was a proof of her gratitude towards them, and the starting point of her journey to overcome her ideals.She got into the Ministry of Magic, specifically becoming an auror within the British Auror Office, solving cases related to the wizarding world, especially the dark arts practitioners lurking from the gloom of shadows. At the same time, one of her old friends, Isabelle, deliberately sent her a letter of distress concerning her children.

ARITHMANCY
Welcome to the introduction to Arithmancy and the task I shall give to all of you to solve within a few days.
Below are the two tables you can use to solve the task. Agrippan Table and Chaldean Table.
Each number is associated with several alphabets depending on which table you use. For example, 3861 59782957135 in Agrippan Table could mean Choa Nightingale.
Below are the guidelines for the Arithmancy task worth of 250 points:
1. There are going to be four big riddles which every house has to solve. For every riddle, I will divide it into four parts, which will be given to each house through one of the prefects.
2. Each house has to solve their respective riddle until I deem the answer correct. The prefects can submit the answers to me with no limitation of possible attempt.
3. After I deem the answers to every house correct, I shall provide the respective link under my thread which will require a password that is the answer to the riddle. Each link will contain parts for the final riddle.
4. If you have any question, feel free to knock my direct message.
Hint: It is absolutely necessary to work between houses in order to know the context of each riddle. Remember that what each house is going to get is only a part of a whole. So, abandon your competition for a while, work together for a chance. Good luck, everyone!
